Front Range 50

The Front Range 50 in Denver, CO was my 1st real endurance race. (The Dawn til’ Dusk race in Gallup was cancelled due to weather. The Zuni 100 doesn’t count, its more of a party and ‘fun ride.) Anyway. I rode with a 34/20. Way too easy. I was left in the dust. I was doing OK, but my chain busted on the 1st lap. Blew out at the master link. Bummer. Then my chain tool broke. So I spent an easy 45 minutes fixing the bike. That’s cool. I finished and felt good about it. Padre was my driver and official camera man. It was a good trip. If you care, like I do, check out the data.
