Leg # 3 – Imogene Pass, connects Telluride to Ouray

Imogene Pass, a classic. Someone, sometime, claimed Imogene Pass is the second highest ‘road’ in the United States. Who knows. I wouldn’t call it a road, but that’s just me.

Anyway, It’s a great ride / hike, the views are unreal. The rain, lightning and thunder and pretty intense too. But, that is the way it is. It’s an experience, it’s a high altitude experience.

AND, if I’ve said it once I’ve said it a thousand times, I ride a rigid single speed. The trail is rough, the ride is rough and the video is rough. That’s life, dude!
